NUTRITION

No matter how hard you hit your ass in the gym,you cant achieve your fitness goal if you don’t eat proper food.So,you need to intake proper nutrients.
First of all,using a BMR calculator(easily can be found in google) and your Activity Factor(search BMR and Activity Factor calculator) you will get your Daily Calorie Need.So,then you have to eat less calories than your Daily Calorie Need.

NOTE: You don’t have to worry about BMR and Activity Factor, just google them, google will lead you to your destiny.

           BMR*Activity Factor = Daily Calorie Need
Eat less than your Daily Calorie Need,you will definitely loss fats.
Once you have done these theoretical calculations,now eliminate all kinds of fats and sugar from your diet.
Try to eat less carbs(rice,chappati,oats) and focus in your protein intake.Protein(eggwhites,chicken breast,peanuts,dairy products,chick peas)must be your best friend in this journey.

NOTE:Avoid the yolk of the egg, legs of the chicken.Oatmeal is the best breakfast you could have,try it.

Drink atleast 4-5 ltrs of water daily.
You should have simple carbs like rice and protein in your post-workout meal.If you follow this type of healthy nutrition,you will definitely get rid of those fuckin filthy fats.

WORKOUT

You gotta do Cardio(exercises that increase your cardiovascular activity like heartbeat. Eg; jumping,squats,sprinting,swimming,burpees,star jumps,lunges etc) atleast 4-5 times in a weak followed by bodyweight exercises like pushups, pull-ups ,dips, core exercises.if you are in gym,do weight training like Crossfits,Endurance Training,Speed Training etc.
Have rest days for better and faster recovery.
